Here’s how the day will go:

9.00 am – Arrive

9.30 am – Let’s begin! We’ll do introductions and set our intentional goals for the day

10.00 am – Workshop One – Marketing Strategy. We work through the 5 elements of a marketing strategy and start workshopping your income streams and sales rhythms in accordance with these 5 elements. We will start building out your marketing strategy.

11.00 am – Morning tea

11.30 am – Marketing Audit – time to audit what you are doing now, so you can see the gaps and what’s working and what’s not and get the outline of a marketing strategy. We also get to see what you’ve already got that you can repurpose.

12.00 pm – Open Q & A (or start working on your strategy)

12.30 pm – Lunch

1.30 pm – Workshop Two – Creating fast (and yet amazing) content using AI. This is a hands-on workshop – you are doing it all with me – creating your own content for your own business.

2.15 pm – 4.30 pm – Create Your Marketing Strategy Matrix, Social Media posts, goes, start scheduling content.

4.30 pm – Finish

*Afternoon tea will also be served during this time, but it will be a working afternoon tea.

Required: Laptops (and charges) for working through and implementing your marketing strategy. Pens and Notepads will be provided.

1. You agree to take part in this program.
2. The program will take place at the Meriton Suites, Melbourne, Australia.
3. You are responsible for your own travel to and from the venue, as well as your accommodation if you choose to stay the night before or after.
4. You take full responsibility for the accuracy, legality and compliance of any information provided to Jenn Donovan Business Trust t/as Jenn Donovan.
5. The deposit for this experience is $275 (incl. GST) and will be non-refundable if you need to cancel. Obviously, this is subject to Consumer Law. If there are any issues with this service, please contact via email to jenn@jenndonovan.com.au. I would like the opportunity to work with you in relation to your issues, whatever they may be.
6. With the exceptions provided by Consumer Law, a client may not cancel this service that they have purchased. Jenn Donovan has a finite capacity in relation to the services that it can provide, and requires payment in order to cover the opportunity cost associated with the cancellation.
7. This service will not commence until these terms and conditions have been agreed. It is assumed you agree to these terms and conditions once payment (deposit or full) has been made.
8. All payments must be paid before the retreat commences.
9. You will not share any of the content, templates, guides, resources, etc. to any external parties as they are under copyright to Jenn Donovan.
10. You will be respectful to all other members of this program, including the program facilitator during all sessions and within the Messenger group.
