Okay, let’s get into it. As mentioned my guest is Emma Lovell and she was actually on the podcast a while ago – episode 258 where she spoke to us about personal branding. Em has changed her position slightly in the marketplace and she’s a fabulous Bleisure coach (she will tell you more about that as we chat). She has literally written the book on it – it’s called The Art of Bleisure.

This episode is about helping you find the sacred place between work and leisure – the place we all want because frankly if you work for yourself, you have probably thought somewhere along the line that you would have more freedom than if you worked for someone else! Right? Well, Emma has some things to help you out on that front too.
