Today I have a guest on my podcast. I don’t normally do back to back guest episodes, but this guest, Rachelle Glendon is someone I think we all might need to hear from today or this week or whenever you are listening to it.
At the time of recording this, Melbourne is in full lockdown, my border is shakily open (by the hair of its chinny chin chin), my clients are hurting so so badly, and I, for one, am feeling more overwhelmed then I was when we first went into stage 3 lockdown.
So, Rachelle’s beautiful, calming voice is just what I needed to hear – so I though I’d share her with you – so very generous of me yes!
Rachelle’s business is How To Live Slow. She is a slow living coach. Helping mums slow down and show up for everything that matters.
Even if you’re not a mum or your kids are grown up like mine, I still think it’s an episode that has some great ideas and thoughts in it around slowing down.
