Hey there, my fabulous listener, welcome to episode 84 of the Small Business Made Simple Podcast.
Thank you for lending me your ears today – I know you have lots of choices, so I sincerely appreciate me being one of them!
If you’re a first time listener, super super welcome, I am so pleased to have you here. I am your host Jenn Donovan, and it’s my job, via this podcast, social media and everywhere else actually, to make your business life simpler.
I’m a thought leader when it comes to marketing here in Australia and I’m a marketing strategist for small business.
Why? Because business can be lonely and hard and complicated and it’s hardly ever easy, but it should be simple or at least simpler, so that’s my commitment you to on the Small Business Made Simple podcast!
One way I help to make your life simpler is by having a group of like-minded business owners all in one stop. To ask questions, get answers and enjoy the journey of business! If you haven’t joined the Like Minded Business Owners Facebook Group, then hope over there after this episode and join! Simply search Like Minded Business Owners in Facebook or come to the show notes for the like. Show notes are at www.socialmediaandmarketing.com.au/84
This episode is sponsored by my 30 day social media and marketing challenge.

Next one starts 1st September. Be challenged and invest in yourself.
Today I have a guest on my podcast. I don’t normally do back to back guest episodes, but this guest, Rachelle Glendon is someone I think we all might need to hear from today or this week or whenever you are listening to it.
At the time of recording this, Melbourne is in full lockdown, my border is shakily open (by the hair of its chinny chin chin), my clients are hurting so so badly, and I, for one, am feeling more overwhelmed then I was when we first went into stage 3 lockdown.
So, Rachelle’s beautiful, calming voice is just what I needed to hear – so I though I’d share her with you – so very generous of me yes!
Rachelle’s business is How To Live Slow. She is a slow living coach. Helping mums slow down and show up for everything that matters.
Even if you’re not a mum or your kids are grown up like mine, I still think it’s an episode that has some great ideas and thoughts in it around slowing down.
I need to learn to live slow. Or at least a little slow.
Hands up if you need to too?
If you’re listening to this in real time – so on it’s release of 6th August, Rachelle still has her doors open to her Slow Life Course – perhaps it’s just what you need right now?
You can check it out – probably best, just by heading to www.howtoliveslow.com or How to Live Slow on Instagram.
So, without rambling more … here’s Rachelle:
INTERVIEW WITH RACHELLE GLENDON
Do you feel calmer after listening to that? I know I did.
Even her voice is soothing!
But that’s it for episode 84.
As mentioned at the beginning this episode is sponsored by my 30 day social media & marketing challenge – to get on the wait list go to https://bit.ly/jennswaitlist

See you next week on the podcast for episode 85 – boy am I going to party like there’s no tomorrow when we hit 100 episodes! But in the meantime, let’s hang out on social and get social on social – you’ll find me on Instagram, Facebook and my fav LinkedIn.

……..remember small business peeps, as my opening song says, there’s no point in dreaming small!
