Hey there, my fabulous listener, welcome to episode 241 of the Small Business Made Simple Podcast.

Thanks for lending me your ears today – I know you have lots of choices, so I sincerely appreciate me being one of them!

If you’re enjoying this podcast – I’d love you to take a screenshot and share it on your socials and tag me in it.  How cool would that be!

Don’t forget you can get the show notes for this podcast at www.socialmediaandmarketing.com.au/241

Did you have a listen into last week’s episode? Last week I talked about how to market yourself better by answering the curly question – what’s in it for me? WIIFM? Head back there if you didn’t listen in and a great episode to get you thinking – www.socialmediaandmarketing.com.au/240

Today I am full of butterflies and excitement because it’s RETREAT DAY!  Today my Women in Business #notsobusiness Retreat starts with 7 amazing women from all over Victoria and NSW – I am just so excited! What’s exciting you today?

But before I get started, I wanted to give a shout-out to this week’s podcast sponsor – BL Management Consultants – BLMC.  BLMC’s motto is Your People Working Well and have been trusted partners in health and safety 1999. They’re just not about traditional health and safety but work on the ENTIRE person – both psychological and physical safety as they are a key focus in achieving people working well, thriving in the workplace and, of course, being compliant.  BLMC has worked with LIfeLine, Brown Family Wine Group, Hume Bank and many more organisations.  They have some upcoming courses to support workplaces including Resilience First Aid on 18 & 19 May. Courses do book out so contact office@blmc.com.au to inquire or book your spot.  You can find out more about BLMC on their website www.blmc.com.au

Today, for the first time ever on the podcast – which is pretty cool considering I am up to episode 241 – firsts don’t come that easy anymore! – I have 3 guests at once!  I have the time fixers – their business is literally called The Time Fix. Ildi, Kirstin and Pooja are the time management specialists that are The Time Fix.  I met Kirstin through She’s the Boss (a great networking group if you are looking for a new one – it’s online and offline, which is good for country folk like me!) and I am excited to be chatting “Find me some more time in my life ladies” with them!

Their WHY is to help small business owners and professionals improve their relationship with their own time, and empower healthy time management habits – if that sounds like you, then listen in!  And plus, who wouldn’t want more time in their life?

Time is one of those things that always fascinates me from an entrepreneurial/life point of view – we all have 24 hours – no one is special and gets more, and yet we all have a very different relationship with time.  Pretty cool hey? So, I am delighted to be chatting with Pooja, Ildi and Kirsten, here’s our chat.

So what did you think?  4 people on one interview went well I thought – I was a little worried, but dealing with professionals is never a worry really!  I hope they have inspired you to think about your time differently.

All the links are in the show notes at www.socialmediaandmarketing.com.au/241 – so head there to check them out.

Got questions or thoughts?  Get in touch or head to the Facebook group – Like Minded Business Owners and share with everyone over there.  I know Kirstin is in my Facebook group – so feel free to tag her in any questions you might have around your time.

If you loved this episode and found it valuable, please take 30 seconds out of your day to leave me a rating and review if you want where you are listening.  One more goal of mine is to reach more people with this podcast, and you can help me achieve that, by leaving me a review!  Thanks in advance.

See you next week on the podcast for episode 242!

Thanks again to BL Management for sponsoring the podcast.  Don’t forget about their courses coming up including Resilience First Aid on 18 & 19 May. Courses do book out so contact office@blmc.com.au to inquire or book your spot.  You can find out more about BLMC on their website www.blmc.com.au

But in the meantime, let’s hang out on social and get social on social – you’ll find me on Instagram, Facebook and my fav LinkedIn.

But whatever you do,

……..remember small business peep, as my opening song says, there’s no point in dreaming small!
