Today we are chatting finances – yep money!  Because let’s not beat around the bush, we all need it, we all want more of it and earning it is why we are in business.

Of course, without it we are up a creek in a canoe without a paddle!

And because finances aren’t my jam – I’ve got a special guest on today, Kerry Zarb from Zinc Solutions.

Kerry is a Xero specialist. Xero is, in case you’re not sure, a financial computer program that’s probably one of the most popular with it comes to small businesses needing a program to put all the financial data into.

She’s also a BAS agent/Bookkeeper, providing support to SME’s from cashflow to budgets and all ATO compliance needs.

Basically, Kerry takes the headache out of running your small business with over 20 years of business experience. 

Whether you love finances or don’t – and I admittedly swing both ways over time.  In fact, I have an (almost) accounting degree and figures when I had my retail business were 100% the thing that lit me up – but oh so NOT anymore – marketing is much more fun – we need to have a handle on them.

But for some, it’s all too much and that’s totally fine – which is why it’s lucky that people like Kerry exist in the world – to take away the pain of finances.

So, of us just simply need to outsource this stuff and stay on top of our game.

I loved out chat, about bookkeeping, how to find a good bookkeeper, how do you know if they are a bookkeeper and why you need a bookkeeper when you’ve already got an Accountant.
