My guest Neil today is one of my Covid friends!  We meet online during Covid through a mutual friend Jules from Handle Your Own PR and I was a guest on this podcast – so named the WOW podcast – WOW meaning words of wisdom.

So, I thought I’d steal his format of this podcast and do it here for you – sharing some words of wisdom – given that it’s a new year and we might just need a nudge.

That’s all inspiration sayings are, or words of wisdom, a nudge.  You probably already know and have heard before what we chat about today, but it might just be the nudge you need to do what it is you want to do this year in 2021.
