This week I have a wonderful guest – Salena Knight.  She is to retail what honey is to bees!  I have been wanting to get Salena on the podcast for a while now.  We’ve spoken on stage together a few times, our paths cross often and now she’s here with me today – YAY!

Salena Knight is a former arborist that found she was better at building the businesses she worked for, than she was climbing trees. In 2007, at the beginning of the global financial crisis, she launched her first e-commerce store, going on to open a multi-award-winning chain of eco-focused stores in Australia.  

Salena has spent over a decade sharing highly effective growth strategies, designed to specifically to address the unique needs of independent retail and e-commerce store owners.

We are talking about scaling businesses today – and before you think “I don’t want to scale” listen anyway because I cannot tell you how good this episode is.  Promise!
