Hey there – and welcome to episode 125 of the Small Business Made Simple Podcast.

Thanks for leading me your ears today – I know you have lots of choices out there and I appreciate you making me one of them.

I’m Jenn, the host, marketing thought leader and digital strategist and coach for small businesses.  And just an all-around small business lover with one goal in business – to make every small business I come across to make marketing a priority in their business – because if you want to grow, you need to market!

It’s that’s simple – not easy, but simple for sure.

My guest this week on the podcast is Pip from the Project Box and she is chatting to me and you, all about systems, processes and bright shiny objects that we hope are unicorns!

Pip caught my attention when she put up a post, as I explain in the podcast interview, that listed about 20 apps, many of which were very familiar to me and then said “how are they all working out for you” – oh boy, I think she struck a chord with me as I looked at the list only to see that many of them I had and many of them I wasn’t using or not to their full “I paid for that” potential.

So, I thought if I’m thinking about this, when you might be too – so I asked her to come on the podcast and chat.

The Project Box – Pip’s business, is all about systems and processes for your business – her tag line on her website says “what if your business could go from a jumbled mess to organised goodness?”

Sound good – oh heck yes!

Pip is pretty much an award-winning woman who is the go-to person for finding better ways of doing things in business.

Take some action now you’ve heard Pip.  Get out your bank statement – go through it and see who’s taking money from your account and decide if that app or program does make your life easier or if there’s a better alternative.

It’s a great exercise.  I did it again and although I didn’t find any business apps I wanted to change, on my personal credit card, I did find 3 Netflix accounts being taken out …. Not impressed ….
