Hey there, my fabulous listener, welcome to episode 193 of the Small Business Made Simple Podcast.
Thank you for lending me your ears today – I know you have lots of choices, so I sincerely appreciate me being one of them!
If you’re enjoying this podcast – I’d love to you take a screen shot and share it on your socials and tag me in it. How cool would that be!
Don’t forget you can get the show notes for this podcast at www.socialmediaandmarketing.com.au/193
Before I get started on today’s episode – how did you go with last week’s episode? All about how to deal with the YES, BUT questions – the objections that your potential clients and customers put up prior to buying from you?
I’ve had some very interesting conversations about the YES, BUT episode in DMs and via email. Some really cool lessons for us all – probably another podcast episode at some stage!
If you haven’t listened to that episode yet, then go back and listen to that one and if you’ve listened and thought, I really should reach out to Jenn about this ….. then do that!
But onto this week, I have a fabo guest. Her name is Tracey and she is a business lawyer who is in the business of delivering confidence for business owners.
Tracey’s business is called TM Solicitor and you will find all her links in the show notes – again at www.socialmediaandmarketing.com.au/193
This is a fabulous episode all premised on prevention is better than cure!
Take a listen to Tracey and all her wisdom around what we are missing, as small business owners, when it comes to our legal documents.
Now, before we begin, if you have been listening to this podcast for a while, you will notice that I have talked often about coming and joining my Facebook group – Like Minded Business Owners to hear all the wonderful speakers I have lined up this year inside that group. Well, Tracey has been one of them. I have decided to repurpose that Facebook Live (a) because I am the queen of repurposing marketing, and (b) her insights and wisdom needed to be shared further and wider!
So, please forgive me in this audio podcast for references to Facebook Live, tech issues, asking questions and so forth. If you can get over the fact that it was recorded for the purpose of a Facebook Live, you will see exactly why I chose to repurpose it – it’s THAT good!
So, here’s my Like Minded Business owners Facebook live chat with Tracey from TM Solicitor.
INTERVIEW WITH TRACEY FROM TM SOLICTIOR.
How good was that! As I said earlier, I just needed to repurpose this one because it was SO great. Of the documents Tracey spoke about, how many do you have already, what needs creating, what needs updating and so forth.
Like Tracey said at the beginning she sees so many small business owners who have not worked these out despite being in business 10 minutes or 10 years. So if that’s you, reach out to Tracey or someone you trust and get these documents done and dusted.
Let’s continue the chat in my Like Minded Business Owners Facebook group – you can join on Facebook if you haven’t already.
Oh, and talking about my Like Minded Business Owners Facebook group – I have some amazing guests coming in there to do lives with me this year. I am super excited by this. From finance experts to PR and marketing experts (besides me) to Law experts – they are all coming on to give you their time and do some Q&As with the group.
Another amazing reason to come and join that community!
But, that’s it for another episode of the Small Business Made Simple Podcast.
See you next week on the podcast for episode 194.
But in the meantime, let’s hang out on social and get social on social – you’ll find me on Instagram, Facebook and my fav LinkedIn.
But whatever you do,
……..remember small business peeps, as my opening song says, there’s no point in dreaming small!
